Initiation
Long gone are the days when elder men led boys through rites of passage, marking their transition into manhood. Without initiation, many remain stuck in boyhood, seeking validation, avoiding responsibility, and fearing their own power.
In its absence, men create their own trials — through recklessness, addiction, and self-destruction — searching for meaning. True initiation tempers men, reconnecting them to brotherhood, spirit, and purpose.
It cracks the heart open, silences the ego, and anchors men in prayer. By reclaiming these rites, we restore the strength, wisdom, and fire that have guided men for generations.

The 7 Grandfather Teachings of the Anishinaabe people form the core values of our brotherhood. We do not claim these teachings as ours. We bow to them. We honor those who have walked these lands before us and carry their flame as a call to steward this earth with prayer, love, and compassion.
